In search of Wing the Fairy

I wonder how Icarus's doing with the flying balloon... Maybe I should go check up on him in Kerning City.

Wing the Fairy in Ellinia dislikes humans so much that he wouldn't even listen to what I had to say.

Icarus's flying balloon didn't work out, but his quest for flight continues. This time, he wants to deviate from a scientific approach and opt for a magical one. He asked me to go see his best friend, Wing the Fairy, in Ellinia, the town of fairies. Apparently, Wing the Fairy knows how to make Flying Medicine... I'll need to go see him in Ellinia, for Icarus's sake.
