Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to greet Shumi, a resident of the city. Since I've become a resident here too, greeting the cityspeople is a given, right? #rOnly characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest.

I greeted Shumi, a resident of #m10003000#. As expected, the residents of this city seem to be quite full of personality.
