It seems Alex of #m10003000# has something to tell me.

Alex of #m10003000# said that even though he'd made up with his father, he'd already gotten used to his free life in #m10003000#, so he was hesitant about going back home. In the meantime, he wanted to repay the people who'd helped him back when he first arrived in #m10003000# and had such a rough time of it, so he'd prepared some gifts for them — but he'd gone and lost them in the marshland, and asked me to help him get them back. Let's defeat Ligator in the marshland near #m10003000# and find Alex's Gift Sack. #rOnly characters at Level 27 or higher can complete this quest.

I found Alex's Gift Sack in the marshland and brought it back to Alex.
