Roxy of #m10003007# told me what she knew. According to her, Niora was once a fairly well-known doctor here in #m10003000#, but one day, after an accident at his hospital took the life of a young girl, he vanished from the city. She said she didn't know where Niora had gone, but suggested I go see Nella if I wanted to learn more. #rOnly characters at Level 37 or higher can complete this quest.
I went to meet Nella to try and track down Dr. Niora's whereabouts. I do hope I can get some useful information out of this.
